Broadfoot room

The Broadfoot Room is the smallest of the hall's bookable rooms. This is a recently refurbished, well-appointed meeting room, measuring 3.5m by 4.25m. It is suitable for small meetings or training courses, or as a hot desk or coworking space for those who require occasional office facilities.
In the past it was used as the green room for stage events, because of its location opposite the stage steps, and it can still be used for this purpose. It has a large mirror that takes up the whole of one wall, making it perfect for costume changes.

It has also hosted Santa for years who visits for our annual Christmas fayre.

The room offers:

  • High speed, full fibre broadband.
  • Meeting table that comfortably seats 8-10 people. Additional chairs are available.
  • Flexible lighting options, and blinds and curtains for privacy and light control.
  • Efficient electric panel heater.
  • Large screen television that can be used to mirror your own device, or to access streaming services (using your own account details).
  • Maxhub console for joining Microsoft Teams meetings, via large screen and webcam.
  • Multiple 3 pin sockets and ethernet sockets, if you wish to use a wired broadband connection.
  • A laptop for use by any member of the community – within the Victory Hall only.
  • Printer/scanner that accommodates A4 and A3 sizes of paper.
  • Printer/scanner that accommodates A4 and A3 sizes of paper.

Please note that all users pay the same for use of the room, Whether or not they use the big screen.
There is an additional charge on top of the room rate for use of the Maxhub meeting equipment by a business or profit-making organisation - all other users can use it for no additional fee.
